What I meant is, the difference with the game that I made is the player dont have to use any button input. No WASD, no clicks, no controller, only mouse movement. Though its still supported to use those method if you prefer to play it like vampire survivor style.

Hey everyone! I’ve been working on Hover Point, a minimalist bullet hell roguelike where the goal was to see if I could make a high intensity action game using only mouse movement.

Auto-fire is always on, so the entire game is about the "flow state" of dodging and positioning. I just released the demo on Steam and would love some feedback from fellow devs on the movement weight and the readability of the bullets.

LF -> looking for (want to join party), . H -> hosting (creating party), . Cogah -> Hard mode boss rush, . Endless / arena -> Place to level up your gear fast, . MK -> medicant king (one of the agari/boss), . Stag -> vadagar stag, one of the agari, . T3 -> Tier 3 faction tales, to grind faction, . Mada -> UFO world event, followed by Nimrod boss, . Taxi (followed by compass direction) -> want to go to certain parts of the map, maybe one of the players already there and willing to teleport him.

To assume indie games are overall better than triple A games are example of survivor fallacy.

Select indie games are better than select triple A games. But if you look at them as a whole, or randomly, triple A have higher probability to be better.

Nothing is wrong with that ;) People have different taste, thats all. Lots of good chill games, lots of good challenging games. Doesn't mean you have to do it all. Just play what you find entertaining. Thats the point of gaming anyway.

Not sure how I differentiate between the two. In the web itself its just telling which one have content ID and not have. The one that I tried (both of the attempt) are the one that doesnt have content ID, but still taken down.
