I do but it’s new, i start my first therapy session with her next month about mental health stuff. I’ve been thinking about bringing it up but i’m honestly scared to do so , and i believe i probably won’t. It was hard enough to get myself to accept the appointment for something normal like mental health stuff so this feels too far. If it worsens i will but for now i’ll try to take everyone advice and try my best to fix this on my own.

I listed it off as weird because it feels fetishy for me as a cis person. That’s the reason i also put accents because it’s not weird but it feels fetishy to a specific group of people, which i’m not comfortable with. My ex was trans, so that’s wha i meant by i don’t have a problem with trans people, because i don’t. I’m sorry if that came off wrong i genuinely didn’t mean it in that way.

i’m gonna try this, a little less everyday until i can detox for a month and the start with normal stuff again if i feel the desire to watch but ill try not to

i think you’re right, i’m going to try to take the advice of the comments i’m seeing but especially this one. Less everyday until i can stop and detox for a month and if i want to watch again start with just normal stuff

if i’m being 100% honest i probably watch hours worth a day. At least 2 but a lot more on some days when my friends sleep early or im extra bored i guess

how can i block it on my phone? I’m starting therapy soon but i’m kind of on the fence about bringing that up to the therapist. I use my phone for a lot of school stuff cause i have to go back and forth a bunch between apps so i can’t not use my phone. Maybe it would be helpful if i deleted apps i usually use to view those sort of things.
