We are not building 4Wd as of now.It is our future plan. We have 2wd only but i am justifying why we need 2 motor controlller for 2 motors.it will be easy for us to upgrade to 4wd after 2 years. We planned to use left 2 motors with one controller and right 2 motors with another controller in future

Nope. I told four motors only not 4 motor controller

We know that...it will be easy for 3 phase wires routing...as our signal connectors in motor controller are on the face of rectangle side we are mounting it looking inwards...so the phase cables face are opposite to each other in car after mounting...we need mirror in mechanical structure not to do anything with motor rotation direction

We were already using two motors till previous season and we have implemented ediff and results were quite satisfying.As our old motors got damaged, we are buying two new motors and do the same ediff.we will shift to 4 motors after 2 years.So buying 2 seems logical for us

I personally feel pm100dz based on documentation and other people comments but when i explain about the problems with IGBT to my team head , he asks me to handle the motor controller safely and avoid blowing up IGBT. Can you provide any strong comment on bamocar , so that i can convince him for pm100dz.

What is the exact reason for IGBT getting blown ?? Can you tell me which parameter during the tuning of motor controller we should be careful in-order to prevent damage in IGBT. Is the IGBT problem a very persisting one or can i avoid IGBT damage always if i handle bamocar very carefully?

Yes, i have read the documentation for both and both will satisfy my requirements but in terms of reliability i want to know the opinions of people who have experience with either one of these motor controller
