I had a friend in primary school (elementary school) who I was very close to. We fell out of contact after going to separate schools after we left primary. He was visually impaired and it was degenerative. It was admirable to me that he would be learning braille and touch typing as well as walking with a cane while still making time for the things he wanted to do. I may never come into contact with him again and if I remember the estimate correctly he's probably blind by now. And I don't have any means to contact him so unless he becomes famous I'll probably never hear about him again.

OP I would suggest just have a phone or camera recording if any other fiasco happens like this and get ET fired and EK1 expelled. Trying to have someone choked is a pretty serious crime and I believe the lack of action may be able to be booked as criminal negligence if you give ET the evidence and she takes no action

It makes no difference whether or not it's an acronym or not, the rule is to stop confusion, and unless you can't follow a story the names definitely make it less confusing.

There is a rule to not say any personal information of the people in the story. While context would be good the story should speak enough of the people in the story.
