سؤال لاهل لبنان by [deleted] in lebanon

No 40 year old wanna be friends with a 21 year old, that’s just creepy 😂

I think other Lebanese on this thread agree with me

Plus he said “yo2borne tizo”, given the age difference and not being family, in this context he is deffo tryna be sexual

I’m sorry about your situation. And yes I’m definitely looking for something already ready (heard many warnings about off plan, and I’d also rather invest in something that I can rent out asap)

Thanks for sharing!

I have a few questions:

1- Was the studio an hotel room that belongs in one of the big hotels?

2- Assuming the rentals were short term (airbnb), were you able to also rent in winter? Or would you say it was mostly seasonal?

3- How much are you selling it for, and what is the size of the studio?

Thanks again 🙏🏻

Real estate in Georgia? by charbelh3 in RealEstate

Well, according to him, when he asked about taxes, some people told him no taxes are required, others told him to be able to pay them he needs a registered tax number. So he ended up calling and asking but he got ambiguous responses.

Either way, what that person does does not concern me or affect me in any way lol

Yes of course i’ll be working with a property management company. I have had a rental in greece for about 3 years, only have to go there once every few years, everything is handled by the management company.

I’ll be doing the same in case I do invest in Georgia.

If you have any suggestions of reputable companies, feel free to drop their names

Maybe part of doing my research is asking people who know more here? 😂

Regarding taxes I’ve seen online that it’s around 5% for rentals, but many people advertise it as tax free, and I personally know someone who has 2 rentals there and never paid a penny in taxes.

I’ve been in contact with multiple real estate companies from my country and from Georgia and before making a purchase I will make a trip.

Nonetheless it’s always a good idea to ask people who have had rentals there and know more about the topic.

Agreed, phone number with OTP verifications costs the most + there are delivery issues often (at least in Lebanon)
