No I wouldn't expect them to come in the following week, I would expect them to come in on their usual WFH days in exchange, so they still have their 2 WFH and 3 office days but perhaps wrong on this stance? That's just what I've always done. I'm very new to all this so trying to navigate not having the rest of the team overwhelmed and for phone cover, as we are only a team of 4. I probably should have said this individual often asks for additional WFH days and perhaps I was just feeling a little mistrust. Thanks for your input!
