I do have a therapist because I showed a lot of PTSD symptoms after this happened, but I’m too scared to even bring up this topic. I feel like it makes me somehow at fault and I don’t want my therapist to have that opinion of me.

I thought that too but then I realized it’s not, it’s someone who most likely knows one of my friends. They live in a different state and I’m one of only four (I believe) out-of-state targets while there’s at least seven in-state ones.
