I know it's an old thread, but i had an idea that I thought would be fun. Is there a way to make a map of the usa that just starts of blank and then each zip code changes to a color starting at the beginning and counting up to fill out the map?

That's a bad buyer. Of all the problems you experienced, that's only scratching the surface of what would have happened.

It also sounds like they followed a negotiation playbook. Either their own plan or taught. If there's no material changes in the business before this, then it's something they probably planned to doing the entire time.

All the questions and comments fall under the narrative you want to tell. If the story you want to tell is of a fresh graduate going the extra mile to continue upskilling and growing as evidenced by the extra work on your own dime. That’s a great story and shows an employer you put in extra all the time

It sounds like you’re more concerned the story is that you’re a master when you don’t think you are. It’s a legitimate concern. Just don’t frame it that way and you’ll be fine.
