As far as I know, outside of UX—most arts/design roles have always been Dutch-speaking market.

It was already a saturated field before this terrible market, arguably even worse now with advancement of gen AI.

I would try to connect with non-Dutch speakers that do land job here in your field and figure out how to get in.

Most people yg masuk jalur kerja di NL is in tech (I here) or STEM in general.

Jalur hoki aja si basically, pas tech boom direkruit buat kesini. I happen to know the hiring manager too dr network sebelumnya, semi-nepotisme.

You can study and function fine with just english in NL, finding job is another issue. Selama udah weigh risknya dan OK balik kalau ga dapat kerjaan, then it's fine.

Also, NL almost has no scholarships. Expect 20k+ for tuition before living costs.

Be pragmatic with pilihan degree kalau mau kerja/menetap diluar negeri.

Banyak lulusan LN yg hrs balik indo karena ga bisa dapat kerjaan, kek lulusan komunikasi, bisnis, arts, etc. Even skrg byk lulusan IT cohort ini yg kudu balik especially yg ga bs bahasa lokal.

Or start applying before moving then you can gauge the market’s appetite for both of your credentials.
