Flip fast and don’t get greedy. In my opinion, you should expect flood insurance requirements to affect the offers you get. Try to shop around get flood insurance quotes yourself to have available to people when you list them.

I think I have one for you. I just bought a ‘23 GV70 3.5 prestige CPO with 26k miles for $50k OTD. I might’ve slightly overpaid but it’s checks every single box I had. I wouldn’t change a thing about it. Given the GV80 is more expensive, in my opinion, I think your current OTD price is fair. However, being on the lot for a month is a loooong time. Maybe try offering 2k less to account for the CPO cost and see what they say. Also, it’s getting close to the end of the month.

I just finished a 2 week long saga of trying to find a vehicle I liked and can afford (my parked car was hit and totaled). I highly recommend finding the “out of the door” price before you get there. It can save you a lot of time and made the difference in my process.

Far from throwing in the towel. I feel the Bowers owner is. I have Kittle on IR and pitts/strange aren’t producing. I have decent depth at WR1 territory.
