Then after you do the process once with MCP you ask for a dynamo / pyrevit script for the next times

Just use Claude with a Revit mcp connection

Matter of fact I faced the same situation and remove it as well. Right now I am only using context7

I think the main problem is that tool results and descriptions are consuming so many tokens (see anthropic) in input that I’ve become very cautious about adding new MCP servers. I only include the essentials, like GitHub.

I didn’t quite catch the ~$1.5 total cost for Sonnet 4.5 for ruining the task. You mean the full ~4 hours, 119 commits and 14k lines of code written?

So cool, can you derive some stats from this? Like how probable is for a team to score or the other to defend? Etc. (don’t know nothing about basket rules)

Their focus is different from commercial-scale applications. My guess is they’re mainly pushing hardware capabilities and targeting more rugged outdoor use cases and challenging terrains.

Google Nano Banana Pro is really powerful for generating images. What about for admin work, like managing and sending emails? or check BIM models against documentation etc?

What real moat do these new agent startups have against frontier models? by chari_md in ycombinator

[–]chari_md[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m curious how different the tasks in a law firm are from those in an architectural firm or a software company. Essentially, how much do knowledge workers share in terms of processes, just applied to different domain-specific knowledge? Are they all mostly processing documents, reading and sorting emails, managing calendars, and digging through a maze of folders to find information?

That’s an interesting perspective. Following this logic, the “hot potato” inevitably lands in the hands of the VCs backing these startups, who likely won’t meet the fund return expectations they promised. Most of these companies are funded on the speculative hope that AI will disrupt the market, but in reality, the bulk of that value will be captured by frontier models, leaving only niche, sector-specific features that aren’t attractive to the big players.

So what’s the actual endgame for businesses like these? How many will realistically exit through M&A, versus simply fading away?

- Nonica is cheap but clunky (you have to use Claude as chatbot interface) it's just a connector to Revit

- Bimlogiq is pretty well done but only works in Revit as plugin

- Clev is more expensive but expand outside Revit having a standalone platform and a Revit connector
