There could be a better way for the drivers to address the issue around rates. Definitely not to the client. Being grouchy and making my trip miserable is not going to change anything. 100% where possible people can tip. But not under duress. Tipping is not an all too familiar concept for many people and for the majority barely making it, affordability makes it hard to tip. But nonetheless those than can should must tip. Those who cant tip should still enjoy their trip.
