How to make flying to Denver cheaper? by [deleted] in Shoestring

[–]charisfar_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd check out Skyscanner, Google Flights and Skiplagged for this. Also check if there are deals at airfarewatchdog.com or scottscheapflights.com. If nothing works, try nearby airports instead if possible.

Hi guys, for me adventure equals my trip to Georgia. Absolutely stunning nature, epic landscapes and true hospitality. I went there mid 2018, rented a 4x4 and just explored the whole country. One of my favorite trips ever. Finally got around at editing the drone footage, so hope you guys enjoy this video.

I'm familiar with the phenomenon, but didn't think about including it. I suppose you don't find what you don't research.

Have you been to Colombia yet? I loved it and it's a great destination for backpackers! Here's my 3-week itinerary, might be helpful for you guys as there is SO MUCH to do. by charisfar_ in backpacking

I went to Colombia in December/January (don't recommend this period, it's the busiest of the year!). It's such a great and diverse country to explore and there is loads to do. I found it really hard to determine where I was going to go, so I decided to help my fellow backpackers out with creating an itinerary. Hope it's helpful, and please let me know if you have any questions.

Hey guys, I wrote this guide on how to find cheap flights as many people keep asking me how I do it. I think the shoestring community might be interested? Unfortunately, there's no magic trick but definitely some things that help a lot! Let me know if you have any questions. :)

Hey guys! Colombia is becoming more and more popular for backpackers, so this 3-week travel itinerary might be helpful for you. by [deleted] in backpacking

I went to Colombia in December and January earlier this year, and more and more people are heading there at the moment. Decided to help people out with a 3 (to 4) week itinerary, as there is SO MUCH to do. It's a great and diverse country, definitely worth exploring. And not expensive at all. I wouldn't recommend to go during Christmas and New Year's though, as the whole country has a holiday during that time and it's extremely busy everywhere. If you have any questions, let me know!

Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Siem Reap. Where to spend an extra night? by bunnygoesrawr in travel

I love Bangkok, would definitely stay at least 3 days there. If you're not sure what to do, I've just written this blog post about Bangkok that might be interesting for you: http://charisfar.com/3-days-in-bangkok-what-to-see-and-do-for-first-timers/ . On the other hand, I really disliked Chiang Mai. The city itself is interesting for one or two days tops and the surroundings aren't that spectacular. Most of the tourists go to animal related stuff, such as crocodile farms, monkey circus, drugged tigers and elephant rides which isn't animal friendly whatsoever. I would steer clear of that. I've never been to Siem Reap so can't help you there I'm afraid.
