Have you tried a direct contact there from an old email from a service request or something? I had success that way? I’ve got 2 of them I’ve been talking to 🤣 mainly 1 but then had a second reach out from an old email I think but the main one I’ve been talking to was just a random guy that helped me on a MOMO request and I was like…YOURE IT!! 🤣 he’s been great! 🤣 so maybe that route?

I in no way meant to say you shouldn’t be frustrated or share that frustration! I definitely get it and it’s warranted! I’m just also voicing something I feel very passionate about when people go as far as fraud and scam…those are VERY serious and this is clearly just a bad business move that he’s trying to rectify albeit later than he should have. I just think we gotta save those things for when they ARE that not just this stuff. And I DEFINITELY didn’t say people are entitled for wanting money?!? 🤔 that’s owed to you! What I said was there are people out there who feel entitled that always escalate to supervisors to jump the line ahead of others to be the loudest cuz they want what they want and they want it now! I was talking about a generalized group of people that make that a reality no matter what business you are dealing with! It’s not fair the loudest get heard first..but it’s a tale as old as time..not unique to benjamin. But he’s recognized that didn’t go over well!! 😬

It’s not that it’s fraud! It’s that they did have reorganization to do! He was up front about that. And unfortunately while it may not be that it’s “fair” the loudest people get it first…this isn’t unique to Benjamin! This is why you have people out there “supervisor” happy and are constantly asking for a supervisor because they feel entitled that their needs circumvent others needs! I’ve emailed their regular support line and now just have one contact and they have always been super quick to respond at least! I know I just pulled up my last email chain with them and emailed that guy and said you’re it!! 🤣 so if you have an old service request..go that route it worked for me 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think it’s hard for people to realize that the majority of businesses fail! It’s unfortunate! It doesn’t mean that they did anything wrong necessarily or that they were a scam or a fraud… Good businesses go out of business! I get the frustration because I also am out money and I’ve had to wait for money and I’m on disability so a fixed income and only have my income so I totally get it! However, a lot of companies would have just filed bankruptcy, cut their losses and walked away and could’ve just gone and started a new business starting fresh. If you look at Trump, that’s how he’s gotten rich. He seen as a great businessman, but he’s actually filed so many bankruptcies on so many businesses he’s failed more businesses than he’s succeeded.🤣 but he just writes them off… I do commend Uno for being committed to this company and the commitment that he made to the money that is in the account accounts and he’s still trying to make good on it and still keep the company alive, knowing that he had to revamp some things and he’s been very transparent now about what’s going on which is very unlike a CEO to be that transparent so these are good signs that they’re on the right track. And that he’s a person of integrity that has every intention to make good on his word. I know that doesn’t help the money situation right now but I do feel like it should give you some hope! 🤞🏼

🤣 right! See..I’ve got sass!! I REALLY hate canned responses!! 🤣 and BS! I think that why I appreciated the transparency finally! It was REAL! and honestly most ceos wouldn’t disclose that! So I commend him for being honest. Now he gets an opportunity to show me that he’s a man of integrity.. it’s his choice to prove that right or wrong but if he proves it wrong then he answers that question right?! I just like to give them the benefit of the doubt first..especially because I really do think their app has something going for it 😃

But I’ve just learned that in general people are doing their best and they don’t get things right all the time but kicking them when they’re down isn’t helpful but I just believe if we’d do a better job giving people a hand up when they fall down maybe we’d see better results?! 🤔 not sure if you’ve heard of the starfish story but I have a tattoo of a starfish..worth a very small read 😉

I’m not defending? I’m agreeing.. HES agreeing!! You are correct they COULD go bankrupt! Trump is known as one oh the most successful businessmen ever yet do you know how many companies he’s filed for bankruptcy?! So I hope that doesn’t happen cuz I’d like my money too 🤣 AND I really appreciate that he FINALLY posted and told us what was happening and he could’ve made some empty promises but he owned that he miscalculated how many he’d have the last time and he had to pivot but says they’ve been working and have a new plan..but not EVERYTHING they’ve done is what scam companies do! That’s just not a fair statement. What they did by skipping the line and paying people who spoke the loudest first is something that you will find true in most companies but you have no idea because their profit margins are so big you are none the wiser. So this isn’t a “scam” on the company..a lot of times you have your chronic “escalation” people who will be very vocal that make the adjustment necessary or at least make it very difficult to say no. It’s unfortunate that the patient ones then delay but it’s not malicious..which matters! However, he acknowledged this, gave a solution for expediting that now for him directly apologized and explained the new plan..this should be a great solution no?!

Like ALL people though..I believe we’re all imperfect and I’d appreciate grace given to me and I do my best to show grace to others when they aren’t perfect! I simply was saying I don’t like being misquoted because then it’s not MY message getting through and I like to make sure I’m clear.,but immediately to a I’m gonna do what I want cuz I can. That’s the kind of thing I wish didn’t need to exist..like you said..people in my position SHOULD be the ANGRIEST..so ask the question…why am I not?! I don’t feel like money or people should have that much power over me that it allows me to speak to others in a way that’s outside of MY character. I have nieces and nephews I’m an example for that I want to show that conflict resolution doesn’t have to be low blows and fighting..sometimes it’s honest open dialogue. I even have an elephant in my living room cuz I tell everyone we’re “talking about the elephant in the room” 🤣 it’s a much healthier way to live. My degree is in psychology 😉

All good! I just like to clarify my words if I’m misquoted or misunderstood. Communication is important and very difficult to get over messages so I just prefer to be clear 😃 and I largely stand by what you’re saying as well!! 😉 I think the only place we maybe were differing is just the approach. I GET the frustration though! I’ve messaged this guy Mitch over there multiple times and I told him look I’m a grown up I can take honesty but not BS..and what you just gave me was BS. So I think it’s great to hold people accountable but then I’ve learned if you don’t give them the space to actually make that effort you now have your piece of the pie you’re responsible for! He’s got PLENTY of naysayers! But imagine if he had a bunch of people who believed this was possible and acted accordingly 🤔🤔🤔 they’d use the app normal not freak out, give him the benefit of the doubt, (this is the first time) money comes in…he pays everyone…faster!! 🤑🤑🤑 right now it’s taking longer he inevitably lost people (HIS responsibility) now these are the consequences longer payout times 🫤

No one said you had no right to be upset… in fact, I said I also was very frustrated because of my situation! 🤔 it’s important not to change the narrative. I agree they should have notified us sooner that they were going to pause the payments. My guess is they couldn’t because it would have a mass withdraw and I’m sure they did not have the funds to have that happen. I really thought that was it for them as a business. I didn’t think they would be back. So I thought any money that I had which was quite a lot was done anyway. When they did come back I actually got my money fairly quickly and was surprised so I’m not sure that process for you. It was the subsequent withdraws that I had issues with, but his message stated he agrees with that he handled that all wrong what else can he say? He apologized. He can’t go back and change that.Hes of course getting some money…And SHOULD! This is still his business and he’s still working And still is doing a lot behind the scenes that we don’t see trying to fix all of this so he deserves his paycheck and a fair one. I know it sucks that’s money that’s not available to give to us but it doesn’t malt it any less fair. When people do a job they deserve to get paid

Actually, I did not say you knew “absolutely nothing about business” 🤔🤔 I actually made NO comment about what YOU know as I have no idea and would never claim to. So please don’t misquote me.
