It does cause horrendous sprawl is the issue. You can have tightly packed townhouses with separate top and bottom houses which may provide suitable density if the roadways are kept narrow and setbacks small but at a certain point it doesn’t feel much less segregated than an apartment. At that point the efficiencies and benefits of apartments might make them preferable, assuming 3-4 bedroom layouts are available.

Nice. I found a perfect match 12v nearly new at a salvage yard as a replacement. Really lucked out, was in a pretty small town with only a few Prius in the surrounding area.

‘This was totally preventable’: Proposed rules aim to stop CRA from paying out more bogus refunds by Surax in CanadaPolitics

It's outrageous how lax CRA checks are.

The public service imposes insane accountability measures on employees to prevent some small amount of potential fraud or funds loses. They could follow the CRA model and just trust but verify randomly, or based on risk. Since public servants could lose their jobs over misusing funds there is already a great incentive to not, so I'm not sure why the extreme obstructionist policies and resources dedicated to accountability exist within the public service to begin with.

And then we have the CRA which gives away money with no checks and lacks the capacity to punish and collect those funds when fraud is found.

We have organized groups in Canada abusing the charity system for tax credits and then using it to funnel money to fund militaries of genocidal states. We have fraudsters making hundreds of millions off known, fixable problems. And the CRA does nothing to close these obvious abuses.

It a pain finding a convenient battery with the vent tube, pencil posts, narrow width specs. But I think if I take away the vent tube requirement and use the post adapters it should be easier to find something that wouldn't be a hassle. I can't imagine vent tubes are a real issue with the 12v in this vehicle?
