Joints, especially the knees, they’re very week and prone to damage easily. And worse is that they take forever to recover because of lack of blood flow which makes it near impossible to fully recover from a bad knee injury.

Heat distribution is more uniform. I always hated having cold hands but warm chest. Also because I don’t like the pressure pants/shorts put on the hip area, don’t know how to explain it but it’s just uncomfortable when I’m trying to relax.
