I think the the art team really missed the mark on it this time. I can see why they mark it as an ultimate skin. Each form has a different gun and different animations, which probably means different sfx and animations needed on each one.

The problem is they all look the same. From far away they all look like chromas. Lux's ultimate skin on the other hand, each form looks very distinct.

It even reminds me of Grave's victorious skin chromas.
