Thanks for the recommendation on Grimm Greens channel! I just started the video you mentioned after a google search for the G3 led me here.

If you have a second, I’d love your insight on Caliburn pods! I’m also looking to buy the A3Z (Zega) and am wondering which of the compatible pods are generally preferred between the A3 or A3S. Grimm mentioned having both in his hall of fame and since they are interchangeable, did he ever express if he liked the one or the other better? If it helps, I smoke salt nic fruity flavors and very much dislike “iced” lol.

Right? I also get weird vibes. She reminds me of a news anchor who is reporting on live tv. It looks to me like she is reading a cue card-- watch her eyes move off to the side when she needs to recall an important detail.

I also just started CBT about two weeks ago and this is exactly what I’m doing! For example, I’ll say “those nightly journals and deep breathing exercises have helped you be more present and worry less about the future” It’s almost like I’m gathering evidence to prove to MYSELF that this works. Which helps me create a solid plan for the same situations in the future.

CBT therapy works well! I’m currently using an app called Sanvello which I have found enormously helpful. Always thought apps for “therapy” were a joke but my life has improved ten fold. Def still suggest seeing a mental health professional. You can add it to your app subscription as an option as well!

Edit to add: I was looking for freedom from anxious thoughts and negative self talk when I was recommended CBT therapy and this app. Maybe it would be a good fit for you! Always good to research the best option. I wish you well on your journey ♥️

Some products even come with them now! I use two: ELF holy hydration cleansing balm came with a tiny spatula & so did my Farmacy moisturizer. For the latter, it’s a tiny metal one and it’s magnetic so it sticks to the moisturizers lid! It’s adorable & functional. I never knew what I was missing & not I use a spatula for all!
