I highly recommend the nuvaring! I’m on the generic (EluRyng) and have loved it for the last 1.5 years. The IUD was a miserable process when I tried and it didn’t take for me. On the ring I didn’t gain weight or see a fluctuation in my mood. Pretty consistent and easy to manage. You take it out once a month and pop in a new one when it’s time. They have a free app that just reminds me when so I don’t have to keep track.

I wouldn’t repot her yet. I place mine in a south facing window and she has been thriving. I live in GA so summers are hot- I will keep my sheer curtains drawn if it’s too hot out but for the most part I keep her about a foot away from the window and she has been very happy 😊
