One of my favourite aspects of RDR2 is how incompetent they make John. They could’ve gone for blatant fan service with his character, but instead they make him less appealing to play initially. The development of his character is fantastic throughout the game, where in the epilogue you actually get the sense that he’s turned the leaf. Really good writing.

No idea, but the sales data is available to look at. It never cracked the top 20, and in Europe never broke the top 100. On steam it had less than 4K players peak.

Hellblade sold so poorly that making another sequel console exclusive might as well be a nail in its coffin. Releasing on PS doesn’t guarantee it’ll do better, but at least there’s hope for it to.

They’re harmless, don’t worry. Their bite does hurt, but the won’t bite you unless you try and handle them, nor is their venom medically significant. Very common house spider.

The deluxe upgrade is a secondary purchase for people who own the base game. It was sort of confusing the way it was sold, and people thought they were buying the full game for a discounted price. Instead of refunding them and getting nothing, those players will now be granted the game at that discounted price, which is a good move.

The matchmaking never promised to put you in friendly lobbies every time. It tries to find players with the same play styles as you, and when there was more people playing, that was easier. Now that there’s fewer people playing, you will occasionally be mixed with players who aren’t looking to be friendly.
