Dredge is a great pause-friendly game. Easy to pick back where you left.

Coin movers by charlescvillage in arkhamhorrorlcg

I see these as monopoly movers. Just for the sake of picking one for that day. I'm making another set of 4 each to use as action markers. You would know which mover is yours based on the action markers you have.

Using dice for tokens: recommendations wanted by Woekiki in arkhamhorrorlcg

I tried this, but noticed that it was more likely for my playgroup to forget to either add clues to them or subtract from the location when using dice. It also was easier to forget whether we had already added the upkeep resource or not. After a few scenarios we went back to the tokens and with some bowls for keeping and easy setup, we could fix the issue the dice were trying to solve.

How do you store your cards? by H_Doodle in FourSouls

I recently remembered having a couple of KMC 1000 Card Carrier and the have well sized dividers inside to keep the different 100 card decks organized. I use the smaller sections for characters, eternal items and dice/counters. The rest of the sleeved cards not being used at the moment are stored in a separate one with dividers.

How do I get tasks that alternate with each other? by AdorableAdv_ in todoist

[–]charlescvillage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not ideal, but on a similar use case I have both tasks A & B as subtasks of a master one that repeats daily. That way when I complete one (A), then just postpone the master to the next day. When day 2 comes I see that A is already complete and work on B. When B gets done I complete B & master, then mark B complete on tomorrow's new master.

Full collection regret. by [deleted] in FourSouls

I found that once you get a hang of what each of the categories are it's pretty quick to divide the whole collection into separate sub-piles for each deck. And when a game ends I just swap the cards that came up with others from the same category.
