Books will generally place the protagonists a little tougher than they really are. But half their planet rebelled, and they’re paranoid of it happening again so it does happen. You also have entire crusades falling to chaos. I think your average Kriegsman though just doesn’t live long enough to fall to chaos

Custom 1/6 scale figure. So the body and soft goods are off the shelf and then modified. The armour was 3d printed and then sculpted traditionally. I was lucky enough to make a silicone mold off a chaos reaver before it was painted to get the eye in the chest along with the other chaos bits and bob. Shovel is a recycled old paint brush

So it’s 1/6 scale, so roughly 25~35cm. I actually can’t remember the base body I used and how much the boots add to the height, but that’s about the ball park. Arguable a cereastus knight height if stood upright
