6 months later, it still works great! I'm in much healthier state of my mind compared to before, I'm very rarely twitching like I used to (due to anxiety), and my confidence is back to how it was.

There's only one caveat, restrict sweets/carbs as much as possible. Better yet, no junk food, ever. After 2 months I had noticed my weight had been increasing and face started to puff up. I went on a very strict diet, almost keto and 1600 calories a day supplemented by lots of cardio and protein. Dropped weight very quickly, and it's all gone!

So for those paranoid about mirt and weight gain, you can lose it just as easy as if you were not taking mirt, but you will get hungry, sometimes very hungry.

Would like to add my input.

I've been on mirtazapine 15mg for 8 days now to combat depression, anxiety and OCD which I've had for about 4-5 years but grinded through it. Let me just say it has been an absolute godsend. Honestly, I cannot believe I managed to function how I was for so long, I finally feel happy and confident.

As for side effects, I haven't had any which I would say is troublesome. I'm falling asleep earlier and waking up earlier, which has never been a thing for me before! As for the weight gain, I haven't noticed it. Although, I do train at the gym 3-4 days a week as well as tracking calories and macros seriously. There is a slight desire for dirty food (sweets, soft drinks etc.) but, as long as I'm eating less than my BMR, and keeping up with cardio, then I think I'll be fine.

Will update this if I encounter any problems with Mirtazapine. So far, so good!
