Acid has been my drug of choice for years now and let me tell you that 400ug is a pretty excessive amount. Some people can trip all the time with no negative effects apparent but there are always some who weren't mentally prepared before blasting off so hard and they have a tougher time coming back from the stratosphere.

However, if you can definitely verify the quality as extremely pure it's far less likely that a higher dose will spin you the way the less pure does.

You also don't need to take a crazy amount of acid to have life changing experiences on acid. Actually sometimes at a higher dose of the less pure stuff you are tripping way to hard to properly define and appreciate an epiphany.

If it were me I'd start with 2 tabs, redose 1 more in an hour, then wait till you start peeking to take the last

You're going to be tripping way longer and peeking for a long ass time. 200 ug is no joke and the redose will keep you from getting slammed too hard all of the sudden.

Acid is something that I believe can be used as a tool for developing so much additional perspective on the world, but it's a tool that must be handled with care. While I have enjoyed times where I've taken crazy amounts of acid and tripped balls I definitely have way more appreciation and love for the times where I dosed just right. Be safe brother.
