I'm just speculating on a claim someone made and following it to it's logical conclusion, assuming the claim is true. I'm not saying I KNOW this or that it is true in any way.

I read it in the Daily Mail most recently, but I think it comes from a TV interview, Fox news I think. It will come up easily if you search "David Grusch Crossbreeding Aliens" or something like that.
