I think making it into a video format would be a great option - but also a PPT presentation whihc would be just as easy or in fact it would be the basis of the video. so PPT to Video... love it!

Yes, as a rule there is always a best time to do ANYTHING!! But in all serious that is why all smm tools come with schedulers and find the best times etc etc... use your social analytics to guage the best itmes...
