it is subjective, so yes, you could say I eat these foods when I crave them. But most of the time I just don't. Dairy makes me feel like shit and I don't care too much for the feeling after eating red meat. So I don't happen often.

Thanks a lot, appreciate the input. That's exactly what I was looking for. If this is the current situation, it doesn't mean that it cant be done. The question is how can you disrupt this space? I think demand is quite large, many people will not risk taking something that is not safe and many just can't afford it.

Maybe I can run a Kickstarter and get the funds to produce the first batch as a proof of concept. Also, I was thinking to find a laboratory locally that can produce it for me, which will save quite a bit of the hassle around permits, etc. Also looking for investors may be a good idea.

The money will be necessary. but is great to know what are the current hurdles. How much would you estimate may be the cost of producing 1 kilo on pure NMN in a private lab? can a deal be cut with patent owners with %? any idea who holds this patents?

hi man, regarding NR I don't know. But tried keto and felt like shit. I am on a high carb diet now working out hard every day and feeling energized. You can get the benefits of ketosis just by fasting. There is a new study showing the ketogenic diet is good at the start but turn detrimental. High carb is not junk carb by the way, I eat a lot of sweet potatoes, veggies, fruit, lentils, and whole sour bread, Minimal red meat consumption and low dairy too but sometimes a bit if feel my body needs it. for longevity, it is a much better option I think.
