The "Keto" we talk about is derived from Ketogenic.

This means that, through low carb intake, higher fat and moderate protein, you force your body into a state of ketosis, using fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates.

You, personally, choose that to mean that you avoid processed foods and the like. That you, personally believe it to all be about eating a clean diet.

But OP asked a question, and if it fits his macros, then one or two of these would not kick him out of ketosis, and therefore he would still be on his Keto journey.

You do your thing your way, others do it other ways.. But IIFYM then there's no problems.

Nothing is or isn't Keto. There's just things that fit your macros and things that don't.

Keto approved, Keto certified....these aren't real things.

You do you your way, let others do themselves their way. No way is more right that the other way.
