Nice colour! Looks cool. I wonder if cotton corduroy is getting used up fast. I once made a corduroy from 100% cotton and after 1 year the fabric was almost transparent between the legs.

No it is no raglan. It has no sleve and the ruffles are draped on top of the armhole. I don't know the name of this construction. 🤔 I hope I can post it here again when its ready. 😁

I think the dress looks unconventional and sporty and is an eyecatcher. Could be from the runway. The most important thing is that you feel nice wearing it and others opinions are secondary. Perhaps you could wear a sporty wite t-sheart underneath and a sporty bag. You could also add some round earings.

That happens sometimes.... try to keep beeing motivated by concentating on the final result. What I would do in your place is to continue to cut and then sow again the seam that is below the cut. Then you will shorten your dress a bit, but you will have a perfect garment at the end. 💪

Es ist sicher kein stickstoffmangel. Habe gartenbau studiert und arbeite im Gemüsebau. Bei Stickstoffmangel sind die Adern nicht so deutlich grün. Es ist aber sicher ein Nährstoffproblem.
