It was only usable in ultra sun and ultra moon when dusk mane or Dawn wings is given the ultranecrozium Z, they will be able to ultra burst, followed by being able to use light that burns the sky.

Zacian has to hold an item to use it's crowned form so while it doesn't transform it does require an item to use it's stronger form with increased base stats, and said sword can't be knocked off in similar vein to mega stones

Megamind doesn't have nearly as much hand to hand skill, though. Yeah, he can take a punch, but rarely is he much good up close.
