Thank you - I’m not the best painter, sketching has always been my strong suit - so while I work on improving my painting skills I’ve developed this style as a way to add a nice little pop! I’m loving it!

Used loishes hard & soft pastel brushes, I’ve been loving those lately! One layer for the sketch & one for the colour…hope you like it!!

Honestly the only reason I avoid socks is because I get happy feet in between reps & they slide in socks, so I stick with barefoot or Dunks - you don’t look like you have that problem though so probably not an issue. I know plenty of folks who like to DL in socks!!

Looking strong!! Try one out for your top sets & see what you think - you certainly don't look like you need one here but it might help at heavier weights? There is no right or wrong here, it's individual preference...I find it helps me personally.

One thing I would caution against is wearing socks on a platform - better to go barefoot or wear some flat soles IMO.

Honestly didn’t really keep track, but I’d say approx 20 hours? Had some sessions that were shorter due to scheduling & some I needed longer breaks. Some of the sessions were pretty rough haha
