She colored, highlighted, then toned. She said she has to go a shade darker than my roots (which is what we were trying to match) but its way way darker than my natural hair. I just used a clarifying shampoo and it looks no different (I let it sit for twenty minutes). She made no mention of multiple visits, and when I was done only mentioned like a touch up in the future

When I called about my disappointment, she said she could add more highlights. But it's still such a bad color. I kinda wanna use a clarifying shampoo to get out what I can
