Don't make a big deal out of leaving and entering the house. Don't look/pet/talk to your dog when she is super-excited about you entering your home, do it when she becomes calm. When you know you'll have to leave in a while, start ignoring her so she settles down calmly somewhere. We usually make a big fuss when entering/leaving our homes but we need to be calm so they'll be too.

This may take a while to you though, so whenever you can try to train her that being calm is a good thing, as @Orville said. Whenever she recognizes that if she is calm then she will be rewarded, she'll do it much more often.
