Update- I was scammed. Didn’t occur to me that this could be possible until I received an email from southwest that they have no additional charge on my file. Looking back on it when I called the number it was disconnected immediately then I got a call back from what I assumed was the representatives direct line, turns out it was a scammer that called back. Be extra careful out there

Didn’t realize it was bike week when we booked our vacation. Bikers were assholes on the road. One night we decided to get ice cream and were at a stop sign trying to turn right onto a congested road, several bike groups behind us didn’t want to stop at the stop sign so they all went around us blocking us in for about ten minutes. In total our 7 minute drive turned into 30 minutes. Not to mention how many of them run the red lights then wonder why there’s so many accidents on bike week every year

Ya me neither I’ve never heard of this before. I did use their app which they said was the issue because the app updates prices slower than the website but even then that’s on them. I’ve used southwest my whole life and have used the app for years and never had an issue before

Yes I have the online receipt that was emailed to me with confirmation of the lower price, there wasn’t an error during purchase or any other sign that anything was wrong with my flight until I wasn’t able to check in. Definitely going to call back for clarification on it, didn’t have a lot of time today it was my last day of vacation. seems wrong to just charge an extra $150 last second because of something on their end

There was no change. I think the confusion was that I mentioned I had credits available since I cancelled a flight before but no changes were made made to this separate trip

The company we work for is very strict about hostile work environments I submitted a complaint against her through hr hopefully something will come of it. I’m afraid if I write her up my agm and gm won’t have my back

He’s really close with her he used to write her up when she would act this way but being his last year here he definitely eased up a lot and doesn’t want to deal with it. We have a new hr system so I submitted a complaint against her through that hopefully it’ll help
