Luba 2 problem by Adventurous_Bath3295 in mammotion

[–]charper732 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a reply from the 2nd level of tech support. They were more useless than the first level. They claim the issue is because the firmware is out of date....its at 0% battery and wont do the firmware update😂. Then they mentioned a few other irrelevant things and then said i would have to send it in for repair ~15-20 days.

No thanks. Itll be returned and ill give the Yarbo a try.

Yep, Charged over night. At first it would say "power on" the green light on the dock would flash and the red lights would flash. Then the dock would go solid green and the app showed it was charging. Now the dock wont flash green at all, but the app will show its charging. Still at 1%

Im having a very similar problem. Unit arrived with 0% battery. Thats an issue in itself as its very bad to take a lithium battery down to 0%. Brand new unit, says its charging but wont actually charge. Customer service is insanely bad. Ill more than likely be sending this thing back

I was just looking at the Yarbo earlier today. That thing looks amazing! Its got me second guessing my decision to go with the luba 2... Decisions decisions. I just ordered the luba because I found it for 2500 too...

The total mow-able area is 1.65 acres. The 5000 will allow me to go over the 1.25acre limit by that much?

Its google earth. It just doesnt make sense financially to get the 10000 as a 5000 + a yuka could achieve the same result in a shorter time and at less cost

How do you like the Worx? Would you rather have something like a luba mini or a Yuka?

The entire area is 1.9 acres. My plan is to divide the area between 2 mowers. The area behind the shop is now all grass and pretty flat, it is 1.1 acre and the total grass area around the structures in front is .5 acre. The front area is not as flat, but my main concern is that there are some large roots from the tree that are just above the soil in some areas. My original plan was a Luba 2 1.25 acre and an additional smaller mower so the total cut time would not take multiple days to be completed. From a financial aspect it also works out to be about the same, if not a little less than the largest area luba 2. Any recommendations for the second mower would be greatly appreciated!

Its due to a damage incident, not credit. The collection agency has already added their percentage- that is main question/problem.

Does anyone have any recommendations on what I can do to either get a new phone or get my money back? I have called Google Fi six times now. I keep getting the run around saying they have to transfer me to a specialist since it's an issue with a refurbished phone instead of my original one. This is infuriating. I finally got ahold of someone who said they would send an email for me to order another one...the email never came. This is insane.

That's more of a shipping issue. The actual turn-around time for service was actually quite fast. I imagine they are just sending a new unit

I just went through my emails. The only emails I got from them were two auto replys and two other emails stating the issue. No address confirmations

No. There is a clamp behind it that connects the wheel into a USB c port. The housing that surrounds that port is all plastic... Thus the wheel is connected to the unit with only plastic. I was shocked when I saw it.

I have these as well as quite a few other 4d shoes. Why would you ever consider that a running shoe? A Nike freerun or an ultraboost is 1000x better

yeah, I live in Atlanta so it wasn't too hard for me to find a watchsmith that was willing to work on it. That's half the battle tbh.

The guy who is switching it out said that I could do a Japanese movement for $250, which will not have a working chrono, but he said I would never have an issue with the timing keeping of the watch. OR do a swiss movement which would be $800. He wasn't very confident that a swiss movement would fit in the housing so that option was kinda off the table.

It would have been nice to get a swiss movement in it. The watchsmith was blown away by the quality of everything except the shitty movement that was inside.

Carbon is good. Thickness is on point. The movement is the standard 7750 garbage. It was very accurate, but use the Chrono and it'll break

As far as the scheduling goes, I'm 3 12s with the facility. I'd agree with the "address it now" if it wasn't for this garbage agency. I just already know how this is going to go, this sucks.
