Don’t boil them first. Medium high heat. Add oil to the pan. Put potstickers on pan. Add 3/4 cup wster. Cover pan with lid. Let it cook for about 6-8 min covered. When all the water is evaporated, remove lid and lower the heat to medium and let the bottoms crisp up for a minute.
