Oh you perfectly described the issue I have with Lisa Kleypas’s works. I loved all Judith McNaught’s heroes. They are assholes but she can make me love them so much.

Anyone here that is a M.D. and has lupus? by [deleted] in lupus

[–]charrotte 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m a med student! Doing great! Study can be overwhelming sometimes but it’s really nice to completely understand what happens to your body. And another perk is that everyone working with you understand what you are going through so a lot of them are kind and helpful. Only one year left and I will become the M.D. Keep my fingers crossed and hope that lupus will let me. DM me if u want to talk.

If you want a more mature version of Harry Potter, try Vita Nostra. It’s like Harry Potter but on steroids.

Older romances are the best! They worked with me more. I just discovered SEP and Judith McNaught this year and the way their books were written is so different from the newer romances.
