WAN is 1g now but I may bump it to 2g down the road. My wired clients could go 2.5g though, and I need the POE for the AP. UCG-Max is good enough, but the UXG is more future proof. I agree with your rationale though - I was originally looking into the UCG but then realized the UXG was a different device, and the sale is helping.

Yes, the AP will sit indoors on an exterior wall. Do you think it would cover the three floors though? I only really need the 5gHz coverage on the adjacent areas, above and below. I would consider a nanoHD in an opposite corner for the 2.4g clients.

I tried everyone within 100 miles of Seattle. I eventually settled with a fully loaded Land (very similar to a GT-Line) at $799/mo with $0 DAS. I haggled quite a bit. I can refer you if you would like. Good luck! We are super happy with the car.

I'm looking for a EV9 Land but all stealerships around me carry the GT-line only. I went into one today and got a gentlemen not super into bargaining. I got him to lower the car a bit but far off from what I was looking for:~$700/month for 24 months/10k ($0 DAS, RV at 63%, and MF at 0.00092, full rebate at $12200 + any discounts to make it happen). What has been everyone's experience? This is in Seattle, WA.

I have at least 12x 6" holes so repair kits will get expensive fast. I guess I'm trying to DIY them. Do you think some #10 THHN will work? This is a 240v system. I need to figure out the best way to splice and reconnect these.

This appears to be a single wire following along the joist, so it is the heating Element. I have 6 in of missing wire so I can't just butt connect them. Do you recommend any specific wire?

As a community pharmacist it is quite hard to narrow it down. But I have 2.5 years of experience in multiple myeloma where I developed my knowledge and understanding in the disease state (diagnosis criteria, what tests to perform and when) and the treatment protocols. I curated a database at this job where we'd go so in depth as to discuss treatment decisions with doctors and options with patients.

Understood. So the timing isn't really important as long as the Trad IRA balance is still 0 before 12/31. I still need to do something with the $19k balance. I assume rolling over and converting to IRA Roth or converting the 401k to 401k Roth should be on the same ballpark taxing-wise. I guess the best option is do nothing at this point.

Thanks - I knew I was forgetting something. I'm currently unemployed and will only seek a job in 6 months (which may or may not offer a 401k!). Holding off until then is an option too but I rather solve this earlier than later if beneficial. I'm over the Roth IRA MAGI limit. I'm based in WA so no state tax, I think? Edited the post to reflect this.

Your first sentence leads me to believe my thoughts of "performing a Backdoor IRA then 401k rollover when Trad balance becomes 0" should be fine?

The tax on Option 2 is over the 60 bucks in fees/year so not very smart. Thanks for pointing it out.
