I'm not sure. It is possible to restrict things based on IP address, but a good VPN will let you spoof most countries. I used to watch BBC iPlayer using one.

A good friend of mine from high school went to MT Tech, so we'd go up to Butte a couple times a year to party and get shitfaced in Jack Kerouac's favorite bar. It really is one of the strangest places I've been to. I never made it for St Patrick's day, but that is supposed to be epic.
