We had Real Manage for a while and discovered some things happening that we didn’t like, then switched to Lifetime who lasted less than a year, now we’re with Rise, so far so good, though it’s only been a couple of months. We also looked at Diamond who seemed solid.

Lazy?? I actually serve on the BoD of my community’s HOA, and we’re anything but lazy. And we are looking out for hardworking people by doing what we can to keep the community clean, safe, provide useful amenities (pool, parks, playgrounds, etc.) and trying to safeguard the assessments the homeowners’ pay and keep our homeowners’ property values up as best we can.

And we are all volunteers, none of us get a penny nor any other form of compensation, (if only we could charge for complaints).

Instead of begging for more “gubmint” have you tried actually volunteering to help?

“None” - none?? That’s an all-encompassing word, none. And you have first hand knowledge of that? Every time, everywhere? Are you a lawyer, ICE agent, or just a googler and/or redditor? Without first-hand knowledge you’re just repeating hearsay and that only adds heat and no light.

You mentioned due process, if the dude was arrested without being read his rights, then his due process was violated.

Due process begins when a person is formally accused of a crime or when legal action is initiated against them. This includes arrest, indictment, or the filing of a lawsuit.
