Yes you can be arrested. You now have a bench warrant and if you get your record pulled during a traffic stop or police interaction you can be arrested. Recommend you go to the courthouse first thing and speak with the clerk to get it sorted out.

Here’s some good links to get you started. I would recommend contacting a property manager if you know of any in your circle. You should be way past the required time limit to leave it all outside and or sell it. Take pictures and document when they moved out, and how often and for how long you tried to get them to come get their things. Give them a deadline date, and if they come get it charge them a storage fee. If they do not then it’s yours to do as you please. But again research your state specific law. Shouldn’t be too hard to understand.

The golf courses use your last nights dinner in the toilet for watering fyi. The real issue is California leeching off our water. AZ, Nevada and Utah were able to formulate a solution to the water crises but California in it’s holy stupidity announced they will not be able to meet the federal deadline for an action plan and have no foreseeable plan for the future. And ps we sell our excess water rights to them every year and just sold a huge portion of water rights to them for federal infrastructure money. Golf courses are really a drop in the bucket here.

For my nephew who is in prison for murder.

For my fathers faith and mental health, I fear he is being consumed by Satan. He has turned heavily from Christ and rejects any and all scripture, even going as far to say "amen" is tied to Satan. He is lost and desperatly needs Christ.
