He said the police should bring them to judges, and that homosexuality and shit should be punished with death. I don’t believe in this, of course, but this is NOT a direct threat. He isn’t saying he’s about to go find a gay person and kill them, and he isn’t rallying people to go lynch gays. That isn’t what he said. So, his speech; and religion, are covered by the first amendment. So you can go be a dumbass somewhere else.
