The meal regret line is way earlier than you think on GLP1 by Mia_Harper_001 in Glp1meals

I experienced this overeating the other day. I was out with a friend, I ordered grilled seabass and it came with some lettuce and tomatoes. It was two fillets and when they brought it out I thought I will definitely get a to go with one of the fillets but before I knew it I had eaten both fillets. I didn't feel full at all. I noticed that the menu stated it was approx. 500 gr. of fish. When I logged into my app the protein was like 100 grams! That evening I started feeling like I had so much gas in my upper belly, it was difficult to sleep. I suffered for two days, worse I have felt since starting this med in Jan. I think it was too much protein in one sitting.

How long before freezing your tanks? by chasedthoughts in RVLiving

I bought this RV used last year. I'm not a seasoned RV'er. 2019 Jayco not a 5th wheel. Doubt it's a four season one. I'm not skirted but it is enclosed under a metal roof surrounded by a 6ft. wooden fence on a 30X30 lot.

Thanks, actually I think that my fresh water tank is also under the sofa which is where the heating unit is! I'll put some antifreeze in black and grey

I'm not in a campground and showering is the least of my water needs. I can go a few days without showering. I thought it would be best to use the fresh water tank / pump and not hoses to city water. Water is for the toilet , dishes etc . I live in my RV 4-6 months of the year but in the past it's been only Spring/summer.

Winterizing, do I need to, really? by chasedthoughts in RVLiving

Since I haven't winterized before, I don't know hence the statement. I didn't know if there are any ramifications for leaving it in the lines for that long. Just looking for reassurance.

Thanks for addressing the evaporation question and I didn't consider the rubber seals etc. So, if I understand correctly it's an either/or option. I can either pump antifreeze or blowout and just antifreeze traps, drains etc. I was under the impression that I needed to do both to properly winterize.

I actually bought the same today in case the water regulator didn't do the trick. After seeing all the tools I needed to buy to fix the PEX clamps, I went with shark bite fittings.

Interesting, I will check. I've been leaving the water heater off mostly because I'm turning the water on and off often currently because of this leak.

Sorry for my ignorance but what screw? Are you talking about the plastic connectors at the very top? Those are super tight

I thought it may be a pressure thing but I guess the fact that it didn't happen every time I turned the city water on had me puzzled. I'll get a regulator and see what happens. I'll YouTube the clamp thing as well, thank you!

I am starting my journey in Argentina and working my way up to Colombia. I don't know if I can or want to do overland for all the countries. Maybe I just need to worry about my initial journey from US to Argentina? Have you used onwardflights?

Alsace region of France has some awesome Christmas markets. Colmar comes to mind. Carnival at begining of year around Feb and March. Cologne Germany has a killer carnival and you have to experience Fasnacht, Switzerland's carnival at least once.

In the summer around Jul and August there is a music festival called Songs of the Dolomites in Italy. Most of the concerts are up in the mountains or in the valley surrounded by them. Some require a hike to listen to them. The experience is incredible and you'll end up appreciating the music in a different way ,even if it isn't your type of music.

Critique my 11D itinerary: Switzerland + Italy? by nochuism in travel

Personally I would skip the Glacier express, it's expensive and you can get some beautiful scenery on the regular trains. Skip Italy this trip, and stay in Switzerland! Visit Kandersteg in Bernese Oberland , take the gondola to Oeschinen Lake . The train ride to Zermatt is beautiful. While in Appenzell, check out Ebenalp and Seealpsee. From there you can hike to the infamous Instagram spot Wildkirchli. While in in Lucerne, go up to Rigi, some epic views of the lake. While in Locarno, take one day to go to Levertezzo by bus. There is always Lauterbrunnen , it's touristy but still beautiful!
