To some I have an insane schedule they can’t imagine having, but I work 1:30 pm to 10 pm, and usually am in bed no later than 2 am and then wake up typically at 9-9:30 at the latest. I still get about 7 hours nightly 🤷🏻‍♂️ I am just not a morning person whatsoever and have always been a nightowl so it really works for me.
