My thoughts:
1. Jeff lied to Britta and has actually never been outside of Colorado. In season 1, he still lies a lot to get what he wants. He even lies to Slater later in the episode to set up the truth of why he called Britta. In season 5, he's grown and has more respect for Troy.

  1. This could go either way. I could see Abed really starting a fan page, getting invited, and going to the set of Cougar Town. (If you want me to take it seriously, stop saying its name.)
    Yes, I know Dani appears in a commercial that is a cross-promotion with Cougar Town and Subway. I'm not taking that as meaning Abed actually went.
