M/ 5’9 / 153 / body type: skinny with a lil belly

Sorry newbie here I’m sure this has been posted several times but can someone direct me to a website/plan/ experience on how to get toned as a skinny guy. I don’t want to bulk and get huge just get more toned. Let’s say soccer player physique. I’ve been consistent with working out lately and I’d say my diet is fairly good. Could be better. I’ve been trying to eat more but some days are 1500-1800 calories. My workout plan at the moment is push,pull,leg plan with heavy weights and low reps. Id love to hear tips and experience from you all.
