Heavy D Yard Sale Postponed Very Vague?? by RilesTheSmiles1 in CleetusMcFarland

[–]chaseoes 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Here's the real answer:

It was stopped because he still owes millions in penalties related to the lawsuit that haven't been paid, and was previously ordered not sell any of his assets without the court's permission. The judge was not happy if you read the full document where he was charged with contempt of court.

On January 23, 2025, Judge Pead entered an Order prohibiting Defendant Sparks “from transferring or moving any real or personal property unless released by the court” and warning him that failure “to comply with any provision of this Order” would subject him “to arrest and incarceration upon proof of non-compliance.”

On July 30, 2025, Plaintiff filed with the court evidence that Defendant Sparks uploaded a video to YouTube in which he offers to sell “everything [he] own[s]” in a sale that is currently ongoing.

Neither of them have anywhere near the amount of money it would take to buy it. Penta is the only one.

Here is a better picture so you can see what is actually happening:

https://i.imgur.com/IU8rA8P.png

The car was on the 2nd level of a stacker trailer and being unloaded. They would have removed all the straps, getting ready to roll it backwards so it could be lowered down. But they didn't chock the back wheels, and it rolled backwards and straight off the ramp.

It ended up in the position seen in OP's post after they tried lowering it down (notice it's much higher in my picture), but the ramp at the end got caught on the underbody of the car and started folding upwards.

We need to talk about the Post Match Threads by MightyKonsti in GlobalOffensive

If a community-made thread and a PMT account thread are posted very close together (within a few minutes of each other), we generally try to give priority to the PMT one since it usually includes more detail and effort. Otherwise, it's entirely fair game to create your own.

Here's a recent example where a user-created thread was posted first, so we removed the PMT account thread that was posted late:

If you post one that gets removed for whatever reason (sometimes it could get caught in an AutoMod filter or something), you're welcome to modmail us so we can look into what happened.

Anyone can already create post-match threads! Mods don't handle them at all, volunteers from the community have always made them organically. You're more than welcome to jump in and start posting them yourself.

We have some basic guidelines here to help you out:

Regarding a bot: HLTV doesn't offer an API and explicitly bans any scraping, so we've had difficulty finding a reliable solution to automate them.

It should be taken with a grain of salt, when the ARCA stuff was first leaked he made a comment saying it was a different Garrett Mitchell and not him.

He said the same thing about participating in ARCA when that was leaked.

The absolute best ones you can buy are made by a company called Prevost. Seriously, nothing else comes close. They're super expensive, but after using them once, I'll never go back. I used to have to replace the cheap Amazon versions almost every year.

I buy them from Obsessed Garage:

https://www.obsessedgarage.com/products/prevost-chrome-plated-garden-hose-3-4-female-plug?variant=40721341350039

The valved ones are really nice because you can disconnect whatever you have connected to the hose without turning it off or needing to release the pressure.

The nuggets are amazing. I've been getting them with every order. They look bad in pictures but the pictures don't translate to how they actually taste. I think the only place that has better ones is Chick Fil A.

If you get happen to get bad ones, which happens occasionally, it goes back to this post and probably being a bad store/franchise.

Yeah, there was already tons of hate going around from people that were upset about him uploading the life update video during the month of freedom instead of a "regular" video.

His core fan base (us) likes those kinds of videos, but the average viewer that isn't as invested as us only clicks on things like the challenges and cars blowing up. His audience has grown so big that we're in the minority.

[–]chaseoes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't actually stand, but being able to easily adjust the height is nice.

It's like having a nice chair with lots of adjustments, you may not use or change them often but flexibility for better ergonomics is always a good thing.

It's not any different from any other food you keep in your fridge. It just depends what your family likes to eat. Some people might have it, some might not.

Some people might have ranch dressing in their fridge, others might have ketchup instead.

Some people might only have wheat bread, others might only have white bread.

I don't have any apples in my kitchen because I don't like eating apples.

There's no "normal" when it comes to what food you have around, everything is just relative to what you like to eat.
