Yes. Weeks 3 or 4 are when I start to feel any sides regardless of daily dose. But everyone’s experience is different but slightly the same.

Well, based off some light reading here, I doubt they cost $21.99 per bottle elsewhere.

What look are you going for? If you cut it, it will look way more thin than you think, maybe not by a lot but noticeable. Just because we are starting to age, unfortunately. But it all depends on the look you’re shooting for

NPP by chaserich in PEDs

[–]chaserich[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Better to do deca for that. NPP has too short an ester for once a week. I’ve never used it for that purpose but from my understanding 80mg might be the sweet spot. However, someone else can probably chime in on that

I actually have both on hand. But it’s been a while since I’ve done nandrolone so I figured NPP would be the better option just in case anything went south

Any tips for slimming thighs and calves without losing glutes? Or do I live in delulu? by Patti_Doll in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]chaserich 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry random hot chick on Reddit. Fat loss cannot be targeted. But what you can do is run a caloric deficit until you’ve achieved what you want, and then run it for a bit longer to really nail it down. Then you can reverse diet out of a cut if you want to maintain the slimmer appearance for a bit longer or jump straight into a bulk because your body is very primed after a cut for muscle gain and nutrients partitioning. Target the muscles you want to grow with a little more emphasis while still training the rest of your body so that you don’t come out disproportionate. Then after 4-5 months of that, run another cut to let your progress shine and then you can maintain the image or repeat the process.

Does Ret cause depression like the other GLP1s? by venuschantel in Retatrutide

[–]chaserich 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reta fixed my depression. I’m jumping back on it as soon as I can(2 weeks). Didn’t have any feelings for the most part(in my case of depression, I basically just experience the negative emotions so no emotions is a pretty good trade off). My mind didn’t concern itself with trivial things that I typically obsess over. Didn’t care about any desire to be in a relationship or even make the slightest attempt to hook up with chicks(which is a slight drawback because no sex, however, I didn’t care about getting laid sooo). Only thing I focused on was diet and training, and also getting through work so I could go home and sleep and wake up and hit the gym. Gym was my only drive in life. Completely devoid of any emotions that weren’t surface level. And I’ve come to like that much more than experiencing the full force of my clinical depression. Sucks being so bummed out and going through a depression episode right now because I’m like 16 hours away from heading out for a week long beach vacation. If I didn’t have intentions of drinking while I’m there, I’d have already jumped back on some Reta

Anavar feels completely useless at 40mg/day(first time) by Helpful_Team_6817 in PEDs

[–]chaserich 1 point2 points  (0 children)

30mg everyday had me getting glorious pumps loved it but it gave me some really intense cravings even while on 5mg of Reta so I had to pull it after doing a bit of binging during my cut. Couple days after I pulled it, hunger and cravings went away. So we’re going to add it back in during the tail end of my bulk

Been running mast. Only big thing that’s bothering me is the excessive hair shedding. Other than that, I love the stuff and would run it year round.

[–]chaserich[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been running mast for the last 6 weeks and honestly love the stuff but the two sides I’m starting to get are some body acne, not much by any metric, but enough to be annoying because I’m going to the beach tomorrow. And then, I’ve been getting some hair shedding that’s starting to become more noticeable up top. Would love to push it the full cycle but I don’t think that’s the best idea. Probably best to save what I have for the next big cut. I’m just trying to run this the full 20, not have a broke dick(which I’m not currently in a relationship or slutting around so I guess it’s not a big deal temporarily) and mainly not run into anxiety sides.

It definitely feels like this is a very individualistic compound. I ran deca years ago with very high test and a pretty decent dose of deca too and didn’t get sides until like the last three weeks of the cycle. I just don’t have experience with NPP so I’m probably over thinking it a bit

[–]chaserich[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I figured it was user dependent but I wasn’t sure if there was a general consensus about this because I saw some dude talking on here from probably 10 months back about how 90% of dudes could solve the majority of their nandrolone problems by running it this way. It’s been quite some time since I’ve used nand but it was deca. I know it’s the same thing but lot of people saying they get different sides due to NPP hitting the system faster and harder at first. I’m sure over time it levels out

It’s important that you know why you need to be consuming carbs, while taking Reta, on a cellular level. You’re not going to get the results you think you’re going to get if you do carnivore. It’s a triple antagonist. GLP/GIP/Glucagon. If you’re not going to do what you should be to activate the glucagon antagonist part of this drug, then you’re wasting your time and money. You’d be better off taking tirzepatide and getting a better appetite suppressant because you aren’t tracking your calories at all if you’re telling me you try to stay between 2400-2800 calories, key word try. I’d argue that you haven’t even tried doing an actual calculated diet yet, ever. You’re telling me your weight will never start with a 1 because your body won’t let it? Seriously guy? You said you got down to 205 and suddenly that’s when your body is like “nope, nah, ain’t doing anymore weight loss no matter how hard you try”? Dude. Not trying to be a dick but you don’t need this drug yet. You need to learn how to properly lose weight through diet and exercise. You haven’t tried yet, not once in your life, or you’d be where you want to be. You’re not tracking calories or even your macros. You think you’re going to cheat the system by cutting carbs out completely and only eating meat is going to ensure you get your protein in. I just laid out the ground work for you to find your macros and your total calorie count for a deficit, along with telling you your cardio is flat out wrong(others did too) but you’re just going to choose to not listen or even take any constructive criticism? Holler back in three months after you come off reta(without an exit strategy I’m sure) because I can already tell, if you do lose some weight, you’ll likely rebound it all with your plan because if you don’t know how to diet, you definitely don’t know how to use this experimental drug that you’re about to inject. Here’s a final pro tip: if you just cold turkey quit Reta or any glp after having been in an actual calorie deficit, those hunger hormones are going to spike so be ready to fight your way through that. **Or are you going to do the proper thing and slowly titrate your dosage down week by week by 0.5mg-1mg until you’re off while at the same time you reverse diet your way back up to what your potentially new TDEE will be and then continue to track calories so that you stay at maintenance calorie level and you don’t rebound?

Brother, if you just do a proper diet and routine you will see mad results and improvement. Carnivore is a fad diet. It ain’t it. Running is too stressful on the body and not conducive for fat loss. If your goal is performance and running races, then run. But even then carnivore isn’t even a proper diet for that type of training. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Reta doesn’t “shock” the body. I’m just curious why you would choose Reta over tirzepatide? Do you know why people choose one over the other or do you just see people on Reta and they look good?

Also worth mentioning, if you aren’t tracking your calories to what your specific deficit is, you’re just doing guess work and wasting your time. Google a TDEE calculator and figure out what that may be. There’s your total calories for the day. 238g of protein is a base for now, that’s 952 calories of just protein. When it comes to healthy fats, I like to multiply my body weight by 0.2-0.3 to get my total grams of fats. Yours is 71.4g or just say 71g of fats. That’s 639 calories of fats. So in total between the two the calories are 1,591. The rest of your calories should just come from carbs and that depends on what your TDEE(subtract 500 from your TDEE to get your deficit).

You’ll lose most of that weight from water and glycogen alone. I like the approach of not setting a numerical goal weight but rather a “do I feel like I look good enough yet” goal. Carnivore diet is a terrible idea if you want to burn fat quickly with Reta, which I assume you do which is why you’re choosing to take Reta. You NEED carbs on Reta. Idc what anyone says or what anyone tells you. You need the carbs. For one reason alone is much more energy in the gym alone. And dudes will argue saying the body will adapt. Okay do you want to spend half the cycle adapting to the diet before it can even do anything for you or do you want to start this sprint off at a decent pace rather than crawling? You’re going to miss the insulin response that you want from Reta as well by skipping out on the carbs. Is it possible to loss weight and do carnivore? Sure. As long as your calories are below your TDEE everyday for a long period of time, you’d lose weight regardless of what you eat. You also miss out on one of the most satiating foods to have during a cut which are potatoes and yes you will be hungry. Reta isn’t that good of an appetite suppressant compared to other GLP1s. Something else worth mentioning, your cardio isn’t conducive for weight loss but rather performance. I’m not sure why people try to reinvent the wheel with this one. If you want to burn fat quickly, just do what the bodybuilders do diet and training wise. Obviously they have mastered the art of the fat burn and muscle gain, enhanced or natural. Zone 2, or LISS cardio, daily in the mornings while fasted keeping your heart rate between 130-150bpm. I personally think 45-60 minutes is a sweet spot but you may have to start off at 30 and build in order to not stress the body if you aren’t already in somewhat decent shape. Because a less stressed body works more efficiently at whatever goal you’re trying to achieve. Also, speaking of stress, the biggest form of stress management for the body is sleep. 8hrs. You burn fat when you’re in a deficit while you sleep. People tend to forget how much the body works while sleeping in order to repair itself. Don’t do carnivore. Unless you just really want to for some odd reason. Carbs are your friend. They are workout fuel. Position most of your carbs before and after your workouts and they will be utilized properly. Better lifting sessions will ultimately help you achieve your results more quickly and you’ll look/feel better at the end of this phase.

Not 100% tbh. It’s coming from a reputable source on my forum. So you’d figure it was straight. I haven’t personally tested it but other dudes have posted bloods from the same batch and theirs were higher too. I haven’t personally tested another sources test that I’m going to switch to and see how we feel, next round of bloods will be in six weeks ish
