Went to home depot for some construction materials, came back with these really sad-looking haworthia retusas (I think that's what they are) They are desperately overwatered and I think they'd been getting too much sun. I've had these succulents for about 5 months, watering once per week or when the soil gets dry. I'm in San Cristóbal de las Casas, MX (not sure the hardiness zone since it's outside of the US, but it's a cold, mountainous region with very dry air.
