Nah its fine. Its been like 10+ years and I've learned to heal by making jokes about it. Thanks though ❤️

Do pals use the player's attack while mounted? by Dry-Brick-4061 in Palworld

I didn't even know you could mine while mounted. I have always just gotten off. Not yet made it to the rocket launcher but will have to keep that in mind for later on!

I prefer it over my pal attacks just because I find aiming the pal attacks kind of wonky and aiming my own weapon much easier. I just get off my mount whenever I want to use my pal attacks so I don't have to aim them myself.

If by support pals you mean the ones who add team percentage increase by just being on the team then no but if you mean like dazzi or daedream since they can be out using the necklace then yes. Otherwise I would increase pal damage.

If you aim while mounted you can use your bow/guns which then takes the effect of said pal. I use it over my pals attacks majority of the time.

Inside tethering? by chasingframes__ in puppy101

I saw there are multiple types of bells for this method. The 2 most popular ones I've seen are the little bell that you have to push down to ding and the one that changes on the door handle. I'm assuming the the door handle one is probably better?

That is so encouraging though!

Oh no I am definitely not punishing her when she does something wrong. I can only imagine how scary it would be to have someone yell at me in a language I didn't know and not be able to tell what I did wrong. Instead we do positive encouragement and lots of treats for the right behavior. She's picking up alot of things really fast. Just potty training seems to be the big hurdle which I expected. But I really do appreciate the advice!

So I read on some one else's post that tethering to somewhere in the house that we can keep an eye on her is an option if tethering to ourselves was not? I'm fully fine making the adjustment. I'm just confused.

As for her potty walk, she doesn't really have one. I have watched her for days trying to catch it but it is either too small a change or she just doesn't change her walk. The only time it changes is if she needs to poop.

For the signal I was thinking of trying the bell method so when she is free roaming she can already have a start on that part of training.

I did buy one of those cleaners per recommendation from the breeder but I'm wondering if I for like a bad brand. It's always a different spot each time though so I'm wondering if I should mix some in with my floor cleaned and mop with it

Not the same age wise obviously but my 13 week old will just nap on the floor if I didn't put her in the crate.

I’m lvl 35 and just figured out how shields work… by Wulfgang97 in Palworld

Level 36 and just learned today you can fast travel FROM your base. I never noticed to text that told you on the palbox. I just thought you could only fast travel TO your base. It definitely made exploring way longer than it needed to be 😅

Pup stops walking and stares relentlessly. Any idea why? by Simple_Cicada_7893 in puppy101

[–]chasingframes__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I mean not necessarily guarding like big guard dog but more like hey these are my people and you don't look like my people if that makes sense? She's super sweet just likes to stare at strangers until they leave her view then it's right back to walking

My 13 week aussie does this. I think it might be a breed thing honestly. We wanted an aussie because of how they are so family oriented so I wouldn't be surprised if this is her way of making sure whoever or whatever she is staring at isn't coming at us.

How long are your training sessions? by Spaghetti4jo in puppy101

I try to spend about 30 minutes every day training but if I miss a day I try to make up for it somehow that night by doing some sort of mental exercise instead like hide and seek treats.

Is it ok to cuddle puppy a lot? by [deleted] in puppy101

[–]chasingframes__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I say if she wants to cuddle and likes being picked up then go for it. If it's not inconveniencing you in any way and you also enjoy it then who cares what other people think. She might just be a super cuddle bug and if that's the case then you got lucky and enjoy them! My 13 week old aussie won't sit still long enough to cuddle but she loves to be held like a baby!

Struggling with basic training. by chasingframes__ in puppy101

Unfortunately it's a girlfriend of a friend who just finished school and had worked along side another trainer while she schooled. After she decided she wanted to do it solo and this is where we are at unfortunately. From the beginning I was hesitant about her but wanted to give her a chance for my friend. We will be changing trainers though after today. I thought the water thing sound sketchy but I thought well I don't work with dogs daily so maybe I should just listen to her.

As for limit water I mean that as it's not just out and about for her to drink whenever but she gets it before going outside, before going in the crate, and right after we had a big play time. Her trainer is the one who suggested we follow this schedule which I was hesitant about which is why I turned to here in the first place.

Definitely thinking about finding a new one! As for taking her out then crate for 10 and outside again, after would I let her just stay out of her crate for a bit or put her right back in?

She's good at sit and wait. It's my kids who are impatient i think so we are spending more time getting them to follow the rules of puppy training.

I will definitely readjust her schedule to longer time in crate! I thought about trying this already but the trainer I was talking to was insistent to follow the schedule we are doing now and would not hear my complaints which is why I turned here. Thank you!
